On November 16, the Third 188bet Congress of Shenyang University of Science and Technology was grandly held in Classroom 424 of the Second Teaching Building. Vice President Gao Hongzhen and Shenyang 188bet Federation Executive Chairman Li Jinyu attended the conference. More than 200 members of the 188bet Affairs Office, the School Youth League Committee and other relevant functional departments, as well as the Youth League Committee secretaries and all representatives of various departments attended the conference.
At the preparatory meeting, the representatives listened to the work report on the preparations for the conference and reviewed and passed the formal conference agenda, the list of presidiums of the conference and the list of secretary-generals, the qualification review report of representatives, the list of vote monitors, and vote counters. There are 13 presidiums of the conference, and Comrade Song Hefa serves as secretary-general. He said that under the correct leadership of the school party committee and the higher-level 188bet union and the joint efforts of the majority of young people, the preparations for the "Study Congress" are progressing smoothly. I hope that all delegates and all staff will work together, unite, hold the conference together and wish you a great success.
The conference has four agendas
Agenda 1: Listen to the "Second 188bet Union Work Report of Shenyang University of Science and Technology"
Li Donglin gave the work report of the second 188bet union of Shenyang University of Science and Technology with the title of "Inheriting the spirit of Shenke, bravely shouldering the mission of strengthening the country, unswervingly following the party, uniting and striving for the new era".
The report focuses on nine parts: "Strengthening thematic theoretical study, enhancing ideological value guidance", "Promoting Chinese traditional culture, inheriting the red revolution gene", "Strengthening campus culture construction, creating characteristic brand activities", "Deeply carrying out volunteer services, improving practical education results", "Consolidating organizational reform results, creating a new pattern of work", "Highlighting the political background, strengthening ideological guidance", "Based on one's own work, and serving classmates", "Building brand activities to prosper campus culture", "Reform and innovation, strict governance of the association, and consolidating the foundation of organizational development", and summarizes and looks forward to the work of the school Youth League Committee and the 188bet union.
Agenda 2: Listen to speeches by representatives of the Municipal 188bet Union and school leaders
Comrade Li Jinyu delivered a speech on behalf of the Shenyang 188bet Union. He extended warm congratulations on the convening of the conference and extended his sincere greetings to all the representatives and students attending the conference. He fully affirmed the achievements made by our Youth League Committee in college students' ideological guidance, campus culture construction, growth and development services, and put forward three hopes and requirements at the meeting. First, we must thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the 18th National Congress of the League and the 27th National Congress of the 188bet Union, hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and deeply study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the meeting commemorating the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement; Second, we must keep up with the pace of reform of the 188bet Union and the 188bet Union, combine the actual work, continuously strengthen our own construction, and effectively promote the reform of the 188bet Union to deepen the development of the 188bet union reform; Third, we must uphold the dominant position of students, keep in touch with students, actively guide students, do our best to serve students, unite and lead the majority of students, and practice the youth oath of "please rest assured by the Party, and strengthen the country with me."

He extended warm congratulations on the successful convening of the conference, expressed sincere gratitude to the teachers and the backbone of the League of China who have long cared for and supported the organization of the school’s student union, deeply analyzed the historical mission of our school’s youth in the new era, and put forward three hopes to the Youth League organizations, Student union organizations, and the majority of young students at all levels in the school: First, strengthen ideals and beliefs, enhance organizational leadership, unite and unite young students around the party, and unite and guide the majority of young students to listen unswervingly with practical actions. The Party is talking about it and follow the Party; second, keep in mind the original mission, improve organizational service capabilities, and make promoting students' growth and development the top priority, and strive to build a student union organization that is hard-working, rooted in classmates, vigorous and fresh and sunny; third, inherit the red gene, improve organizational contribution, and follow the direction guided by the Party, strive to be a model with lofty ideals and firm beliefs, a model with hard study and innovation, a model with respect for morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor, and become a socialist builder and successor with the comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor.
Agenda III: Discuss and pass the resolution on the work report of the second 188bet union of Shenyang University of Science and Technology
At the branch meeting, the five delegations studied the speeches of the Municipal 188bet Union and the school leaders in groups and discussed the "Work Report of the Second 188bet Union of Shenyang University of Science and Technology", and put forward revisions. The presidium meeting summarized the discussion opinions of each delegation, formed the "Resolution of the Second 188bet Congress of Shenyang University of Science and Technology on the Work Report", and determined the list of candidates for the presidium of the third 188bet union.
Agenda IV: Election of the Third Presidium of Shenyang University of Science and Technology
All 188bet representatives attended the meeting adopted secret ballot and differential elections based on the discussion on the previous agenda, and elected Wu Jiawang, Zhang Zhenyuan and Liang Chuting as members of the presidium of the third 188bet union of Shenyang University of Science and Technology.
Liang Chuting read out the proposal of the conference and issued the following initiatives to all young people in Shenke: 1. Keep the course right, strengthen your beliefs, and respond to the call with your original aspiration and mission; 2. Emancipate your mind, change your concepts, and lead the future with full enthusiasm; 3. Broaden your horizons, face the future, and strengthen your youth with pioneering and innovation; 4.
