On October 21, the 2018 Liaoning Provincial College Student E-commerce • Innovation/Creative/Entrepreneurship Challenge came to an end at Northeast University of Finance and Economics. After two days of fierce competition, our school won excellent results of 1 second prize and 2 third prizes in this competition. It is reported that the event is sponsored by the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education and the Finance Department and hosted by Northeast University of Finance and Economics. Online registration was launched in June this year. A total of 1,306 teams and more than 6,000 people from 41 universities in the province have signed up for the competition. After the preliminary and rematch, 285 teams advanced to the provincial finals, which is the largest in previous events, and the intensity of competition is self-evident. The competition takes real business cases of enterprises as the background, aims to focus on the development of e-commerce, stimulate college students' enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship, promote the cultivation of e-commerce talents, improve college students' business practice ability and entrepreneurship employment ability, enhance school-enterprise cooperation and practical teaching innovation, which is of great benefit to improving college students' innovative thinking and entrepreneurship ability. As a competitor to participate in this event for the first time, our school’s students’ works not only fully demonstrate the characteristics of creativity and wisdom, but also reflect the attention to national development and people’s lives, and fully reflect the social responsibility and sense of responsibility of all teachers, students and staff of our school. At the same time, by participating in this competition and winning awards, our school not only shows to the outside world that our school focuses on strengthening the cultivation of college students' practical ability in the era of big data, but also actively explores and promotes the establishment of innovative survey and analysis talent training models in higher education and universities, and also shows the remarkable achievements our school has made in innovation and entrepreneurship education and practical teaching.
