From October 15 to 17, the 2nd Liaoning Provincial College Organizer Quality and Ability Competition, hosted by the Education Working Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, was held at Dalian Maritime University.
