On the afternoon of July 11, a meeting of middle-level cadres of the 188bet was held in the lecture hall on the sixth floor of the library. President Sun Yuhong summarized the work of this semester and made arrangements and deployments for the start of the summer vacation and autumn semester. She emphasized that during the summer vacation, we must do a good job in enrollment and employment, student home visits, teacher abilities improvement, on-duty and accommodation, campus safety hazard inspection and rectification, flood prevention and drought relief, equipment and facilities maintenance, etc., to ensure that all work is constantly closed and not closed. She made it clear that in response to the shortcomings in the school’s undergraduate teaching work, we should further improve our position, clarify tasks, consolidate responsibilities, refine measures, and work together. We should make every effort to promote the implementation of rectification tasks according to the schedule, continuously strengthen the connotation construction, continuously deepen teaching reform, continuously improve the long-term mechanism of quality monitoring, and improve the undergraduate teaching level and the quality of applied talent training. She demanded that we should improve the quality and efficiency of management, deeply tap development potential, insist on creating first-class and striving for excellence, pay attention to publicity and promotion, establish a normalized and long-term working mechanism, be honest and pragmatic, dare to do good and implement, do things first, dare to take risks and work hard, and strive to build the school into a high-level applied undergraduate university with distinctive characteristics.
Party Secretary Geng Naiguo gave a summary speech on campus safety work, ideological work, party discipline learning and education, etc. He pointed out that we must deeply understand the great significance of carrying out party discipline learning and education and promote practical results in work. Consolidate the results of early learning and education, adhere to bottom-line thinking, consciously strengthen discipline and rules awareness, transform integrity, understand rules, and abide by discipline from external requirements to internal initiative, and transform the results of party discipline learning and education into performance and effectiveness in promoting the school's connotation-oriented construction. He stressed that we must be a model of abide by discipline and rules and strengthen team building. To consolidate the good working atmosphere and enthusiasm for working, leading cadres should play a good role in model work, work hard, be willing to contribute, abide by rules and regulations, strengthen their awareness of rules, adhere to fair, just and open performance of duties, build an excellent core team that "comes when called and fights when coming", and contribute wisdom and strength to the development and construction of the school. He demanded that a good educational environment should be created and the high-quality development of the school should be promoted.
