Sun 188bet, a member of the Communist Party of China, professor, currently the director of the Quality Management and Assurance Department of Shenyang University of Science and Technology (Director of the Evaluation and Construction Office). Special young researcher of Shenyang National Security Think Tank, famous teaching teacher of Shenyang University of Science and Technology, and outstanding instructor of innovation and entrepreneurship in Liaoning Province. He has received funding from the China Development Foundation of Taiwan and went to the Institute of Regional Policy and Development, National Taitung University, Taiwan to conduct academic exchanges.
