Each department:
Graduation internship is an important part of the internship practice link of our school and an important link in the "3+1" talent training model. In order to strengthen graduation internship management, combined with our school's "Graduation Internship Management Regulations" (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Regulations", see Appendix 1), the relevant requirements for 18bet review in 2018 are now notified as follows:
1. Organizational Management
1. All departments should attach great importance to 18bet review and effectively strengthen the organization and management of 18bet review. For the work requirements of each stage of graduation internship, please refer to the "Management Regulations", including internship mobilization, student internship information statistics, requirements for entrepreneurial internship, graduation internship process control, mid-term inspection, graduation internship defense and other aspects.
2. For graduation 18bet review instructor arrangements, please submit them to the Academic Affairs Office before leaving get off work on Wednesday of the 17th week (June 23rd) (see attachment 2 for the template).
3. All departments must organize a special 18bet review mobilization meeting and safety education meeting before the 18th week of this semester (June 30th) to clarify the 18bet review tasks, safety precautions, 18bet review schedule, 18bet review requirements, assessment methods and assessment standards for students. The time and location of the 18bet review mobilization meeting must be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office before getting off work on June 25 next Friday.
4. The student 18bet review period is 12 weeks, and is initially scheduled for the first to 12 teaching weeks of the next semester, and plans to conduct an interim examination of the graduation 18bet review in the 8th week. The graduation 18bet review defense will be held in the 13th to 14th weeks.
2. 18bet review method
Graduation 18bet review is a subject practice link in the teaching plan and is a compulsory course. All students are required to participate and the 18bet review position must be related to the major they are studying.
There are two types of graduation internships, which are generally internships in off-campus units; participating in entrepreneurial internships requires students to review and approve the 18bet review method changes. The approval form shall be copied in one copy and reviewed and approved within the department.
3. Review and summary of student 18bet review methods, 18bet review locations
According to management regulations, students need to fix off-campus 18bet review units during the summer, and report the 18bet review unit information to the instructor office for the first review before July 31. After the instructor review, the department head will conduct the second review. After the 18bet review information of each department is summarized, it will be submitted to the Academic Affairs Office for the third review and summary before August 7.
After the approval is completed, students can conduct off-campus internships normally. See Appendix 3 for the graduation 18bet review information statistics template.
4. 18bet review tasks
1. Students need to complete work tasks and materials: carefully fill in the three parts of the diary, interim report and internship report in the 18bet review manual based on the internship content, and participate in the interim inspection and graduation internship defense.
2. Interim report inspection time and requirements: In principle, students are required to return to school and undergo interim inspection work from departments and academic affairs offices. Students and instructors need to fill out the interim report section of the work manual and undergo random inspections from the Academic Affairs Office.
3. Graduation 18bet review defense: Students must participate in graduation 18bet review defense organized by each department on time according to the defense time. Specific arrangements will be notified separately.
5. Score description
Student's graduation 18bet review score consists of four parts:The 18bet review manual (20%), interim report (20%), graduation 18bet review report (40%), and graduation 18bet review defense (20%). If any of the links fails, the graduation 18bet review score will fail.
6. When the Academic Affairs Office is working in every step of graduation 18bet review, it will conduct random checks on the progress of the work.
