(2) The selected project works must be proposed, selected or discovered by the student author himself, designed and researched by himself, produced and written by himself; there is no dispute over intellectual property rights, imitation or plagiarism of other people's works, once discovered and disqualified from participating, the author himself shall bear all responsibility.
(3) The application materials submitted must be complete and the information is true and reliable.
(4) For specific submission materials, the application form (see attachment for the template, the format only supports PDF, and it must be uploaded to the website declaration document after filling in it), and other supporting materials (design instructions or text materials, videos, animations, PPTs, APPs, physical works, etc. need to be transmitted to the website attachment).
2. 18bet review knowledge popular science works
The creation of entries should aim to improve the scientific cognitive literacy of teachers and students in terms of 18bet review. 2. Internal preliminary review of each participating university
From November 16 to November 17, 2021, all universities will review their works in accordance with the requirements of the 18bet review works. After the review, click "Agree" and "Project Recommendation Office" in the management platform "Project Review" and click "Recommend" and click "Recommend" to be deemed to be valid works.
3. Work Report
(1) The work is submitted through online registration, using the Liaoning Provincial College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management Sharing Platform (website http://cxcy.upln.cn/).
(2) Each university does not need to mail paper works to the organizing committee. The entire process is carried out online. If other works materials such as paper versions of the works are introduced and physical objects, they support video or picture display. If they are displayed without necessary display, physical objects may not be submitted.
(3) Each university may recommend a judge in the relevant field, fill in the "Recommended Judge Information Form" in the attachment, and send the scanned copy to skcxcy@126.com before October 20.
4. Review
From November 18 to November 25, 2021, the review experts will rate the works according to the review standards. Experts will initially determine the finalist work through the review of the application materials, and the finalist work will be determined by the experts through online defense; the remaining works will be determined by the experts' production of the work.

(IV) Complaints and Arbitration
1. Complaint
(1) For matters that do not comply with the 18bet review regulations, unfair judgments, as well as staff violations, the participating team may file a complaint.
(2) When appealing, a written report signed and approved by the team leader of the participating team should be submitted, and a practical and sufficient description of the phenomenon, time of occurrence, persons involved, basis and reasons for the appeal should be made. Appeals that are insufficiently based on facts or are solely based on subjective assumptions will not be accepted.
(3) The appeal statute of limitations shall be filed during the 18bet review announcement period, and the limitation period exceeds the statute of limitations will not be accepted.
2. arbitration
(1) The Arbitration Committee is responsible for accepting all complaints that occur in the 18bet review and conducting arbitration to ensure the smooth progress of the 18bet review and the results are fair and just.
(2) After receiving the appeal report, the arbitration committee shall review it based on the reasons for the appeal, and notify the complainant in writing within half an hour to inform the handling results.
