Class 1804, Class 1804 of Computer Major, guided by Teacher Sun Fei of the English Teaching and Research Department of our 18bet review, won the third prize at the provincial level in the 2020 Liaoning Provincial Undergraduate University English Challenge (Student Group) and the 2020 "Foreign Research Society•National Talent Cup" Uchallenge National College English Challenge.

Recently, our 18bet review won 1 gold medal, 5 silver medals and 15 bronze medals in the 2020 Liaoning Provincial College Students' "Challenge Cup" Competition. It ranked among the top 30% of universities in the province for five consecutive years, and its total score in five years is the first among private universities.

On November 20, the Party Committee’s Theoretical Study Group held the ninth study meeting in the first conference room to fully study and implement the spirit of the communiqué of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the "Suggestions" passed by the plenary session. Party Secretary and President Yang Huaren presided over the meeting, and Party Committee Member and Vice President Yang Chunguang made a speech at the center. Members of the Theoretical Learning Center Group and heads of some functional departments attended the meeting.

On November 18, the "2020 Liaoning Provincial College Student Physical Quality Improvement Innovation Competition" ended successfully. In this competition, our teachers and students won 3 first prizes, 9 second prizes and 17 third prizes, and the 18bet review won the "Excellent Organization Award".

Recently, the results of the "2020 Liaoning Undergraduate College Students Mechanical Innovation Design Competition" were announced. Our 18bet review won 3 provincial third prizes and 1 excellent prize for the first time in the competition.

The "2020 College Students' Three-dimensional Digital Innovation Design Competition" has come to an end. Our 18bet review won 14 provincial awards, including 2 special prizes, 2 first prizes, 4 second prizes, and 6 third prizes; 2 works advanced to the national competition.

In accordance with the deployment and requirements of the 18bet review’s party committee, the general branches of the 18bet review have recently organized and carried out thematic party day activities in November based on branches, and steadily promoted the normalization and institutionalization of the "two studies and one practice" learning and education.

On November 11, our 18bet review’s Party 18bet review held the opening ceremony of the first training class for party activists, and a total of 103 teachers and students activists participated in the opening ceremony. Xiao Shizhong, member of the Party Committee and Minister of the Party and Mass Work Department, presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.

Recently, the first "College Student Advanced Graphic Technology and Product Information Modeling Innovation Competition" in Liaoning Province came to an end. Our 18bet review’s two classmates, Pu Changmiao and Tang Chaoliang, won the third prize in the three-dimensional modeling individual group respectively, and Chen Huizhen, a teacher in the Department of Mechanical and Traffic Engineering, won the title of “Excellent Instructor”.

Recently, the winners of the 2019 "Chinese College Student Self-improvement Star" selection activity guided by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Student Union, and jointly organized by China Youth Daily and New Oriental Education Technology Group were announced. Yu Fei, a student in the Department of Mechanical and Transportation Engineering of our 18bet review, won the "Star of Self-reliance for Chinese College Students" scholarship.

Recently, the "2020 TI Cup Liaoning Provincial College Student Electronic Design Competition and National College Student Electronic Design Competition" came to an end. The two participating teams guided by Wei Wei and Su Baoyu from the Department of Information and Control Engineering of our 18bet review won the third prize in the undergraduate group of the Liaoning Division.

Recently, the list of winners of the "19th National College Student Robot ROBOCON Competition" hosted by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League was announced. The code-named "TP Robot" developed by our teacher and student team was code-named "TP Robot" in this event. This is the first time that our 18bet review has participated in the largest and most influential ROBOCON competition in the country, achieving a historic breakthrough.

"2020 Liaoning Provincial Undergraduate College Students Environmental Ecological Protection Science and Technology Competition" ended successfully. In this competition, our 18bet review won 3 first prizes, 1 second prize, 1 third prize, and 5 excellent prizes. The 18bet review won the "Excellent Organization Unit"; teachers Tianchuan and Niu Chao won the Excellent Organization Personal Award, and six teachers including Chen Xiangmin and Zhang Lu won the Excellent Instructors.

In order to implement the system of ideological and political courses given by university leading cadres on the podium, four 18bet review leaders, namely, Yang Huaren, Party Secretary and President of our 18bet review, Wang Xikui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President, Gao Hongzhen, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Vice President, and Zhang Lei, assistant to the principal, gave lectures on the "Scene and Policy" class to freshmen of all majors at the 2020 level in Classroom 424 of the Second Teaching Building.

According to the "Notice of the Office of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education on the Establishment of Scientific Research Funding Projects in 2020" (Liao Education Office [2020] No. 122), our 18bet review's "Research on the Optimization of Polymer Material Formation Process and Normalized Parameter Control Based on Membrane Separation" and other 13 projects have been approved for approval. This is another major achievement in scientific research, teaching and research in our 18bet review in 2020.
