Each department:

3. Procedures and Methods for Evaluation
1. The candidates for outstanding graduate design (thesis) and 188bet design (thesis) are initially evaluated by the department and recommended to the school. For the specific evaluation process, please refer to the "Selecting Measures for Excellent 188bet Design (thesis) and 188bet Design (thesis) of Shenyang University of Science and Technology".
2. After the participating students and teachers are confirmed, the following evaluation materials must be submitted:
(1) Excellent 188bet thesis application materials
Students participating in the evaluation of excellent 188bet design (thesis) must submit ① Recommended form for excellent 188bet design (thesis) (Appendix 1); ② Recommended summary form for excellent 188bet design (thesis) (Appendix 2); ③ Each 188bet design (thesis) word and PDF format electronic documents, each student's materials are placed in a separate folder and named according to "Class_Student Number_Name_Thesis Topic".
(2) Application materials for outstanding instructors
Instructors who participate in the evaluation of outstanding instructors must submit ① Recommendation form for outstanding instructors of 188bet design (thesis) (Appendix 3); ② Summary form for recommended outstanding instructors (Appendix 4).
One copy of the above materials and one copy of the electronic and paper. Please sort the paper materials of outstanding 188bet thesis and excellent instructors by the department before June 9, 2021 and submit them to the Academic Affairs Office. The electronic version of the materials is sent to the email address of the Academic Affairs Office 975941045@qq.com.
4. Commendation and reward method
1. The school-level outstanding 188bet thesis (design) will be commended by the school and award certificates will be awarded to the winning students.
